About the role:

Chemsolv is seeking an experienced Materials and Resources Manager to oversee materials planning, sourcing, storage, and utilization across our chemical, manufacturing, and oil & gas operations, operating under the Ghana Free Zones regime.

What we expect of you

Manage material and resource requirements for operations and maintenance
Source and manage suppliers for raw materials, chemicals, spares, and consumable
Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and bonded warehouse operations
Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals in line with HSE standards
Coordinate import/export processes and customs documentation
Ensure compliance with Ghana Free Zones Authority regulations
Work closely with procurement, production, finance, and HSE teams
Monitor usage, control costs, and improve efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
Minimum 7 years’ experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or oil & gas
Strong knowledge of Ghana Free Zones operations
Experience with import/export, customs, and bonded warehouses
Sound HSE knowledge and experience handling hazardous materials
ERP and inventory management experience
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
