About the role:

The Mining Business Manager oversees commercial and operational aspects of mining-related business activities, ensuring profitability, compliance, and sustainable growth.

What we expect of you

Develop and execute business strategies for mining operations or services
Manage client relationships with mining companies and partners
Oversee contracts, pricing, and service delivery performance
Coordinate with technical and operational teams to meet client requirements
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
Identify expansion opportunities within the mining sector

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mining operations or mining-related business management
Strong commercial and operational management skills
Knowledge of mining regulations, safety, and environmental standards
