About the role:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective output in line with quality and regulatory standards.

What we expect of you

Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities across shifts
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Monitor production targets, efficiency, and downtime, and implement improvements
Manage production teams, including supervisors and operators
Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions
Control production costs and manage budgets
Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management
Support audits, inspections, and certification requirements (ISO, safety audits)

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in production operations, preferably in oil, gas, or chemical manufacturing
Strong leadership and operational management skills
Good knowledge of safety regulations and quality systems
